I need help with cooking prep, kitchen clean up, light garden help, helping with clean up after small gatherings and general errands to help my active but elderly mother. My ideal assistant knows how to make tortillas or rotis, has own transportation and is a non smoker.

I need help with General Errands, Shopping. My ideal assistant has own transportation and comfortable with pets. Come to my home 1-2 times per week to perform assorted tasks and errands. I am Carrie and I live in Richmond. I am a single Mom and have recurring problems with my knee due to injury and complications. I can barely walk these days :-( I live in a house with a lot of stairs and I have an 18-year-old son with autism and other medical issues. I am looking to have someone come over to my house a 1-2 times a week and help with assorted tasks. These could include laundry, moving things up or down stairs, helping put away things, dishes etc. I have a small, nice but barky dog (JRT chihuahua mix) so you must be OK with a dog. About who needs care: COPD, I have breathing issues and use oxygen. I have a passion for horses and animals. I like to go to the race track around 1 p.m. almost every day. 5 days a week minimum. About the care needs: Looking for a cleanly, down to earth, caring, individual to help with light household tasks and companionship. Skills needed would be the ability to speak English and ability to drive. Must like animals. Grandpa is 86 and needs hands on assistance. He would need help getting out of bed into wheelchair. What we do is scoot him to the edge of bed and I kind of pull him up to his feet and then spin him around back him up into his chair. He will help as much as he can but sometimes he is dead weight. Grandpa is 5'8 and around 165 pounds. He needs a shower a few times a week, exercise as well. He would need help out of bed or wheelchair into the bathroom for toilet time. he would need wiped and a new diaper after each bathroom use. He would need lunch and dinner Prepared and served. (He can eat on his own) He needs hands on assistance! It's been so hard finding someone who is capable of this and reliable! Help around the house. Giving grandpa his meds in the morning and nighttime. We need a hands on loving caregiver!

Need someone to take care of my 86-year-old grandfather. Needs assistance getting in and out of bed into wheelchair. Someone who loves their job and someone that will treat my grandpa like family! He's a quite and very easy going man who can't communicate too well because of multiple strokes. Seeking hands-on care near Richmond for my husband in his 80s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. M. is 12 years old and in 6th grade in a Spanish/English Duel Immersion school. M has ADHD and thus needs help with staying on task to do her homework and practice her flute. M. has a great support team - an Educational Therapist and a Psychologist, and will need to be driven to those appointments. The key to success with M. is clear structure, making things a fun as possible, and knowing when to move off a particular subject or task when it's no longer fruitful. . Our ideal caregiver: It's hard to prioritize, but I would say the most important thing is that they build a trust with my daughter and my daughter enjoys working with them. I definitely need someone reliable and responsible. My ideal caregiver would be energetic, as my daughter can be high energy, and would have good tools and structure to motivate to do what she needs to do, within the time it needs to be done. Patience and kindness will be a key to success with my daughter. Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities and homework or curriculum assistance.

Assistance with 7-week-old baby girl. Mom needs assistance with caring for infant including light house work, and some pet care (1 dog, 30lbs). We are exclusively pumping, so most of the assistance is needed when mom is stuck to the pump. Help with cleaning dishes/pump supplies, prepping bottles, feeding, changing and putting baby down for nap (even giving mom a chance to nap would be great!)
