Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to: general house cleaning and day-to-day house work for the main residence and small guest cottage, laundry, occasional meal/food preparation, organization projects, and anything necessary to assist in maintaining a clean and organized standard of living. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years working in a similar environment, flexible schedule, must speak English and have sterling references. Full job description will be shared later. We are seeking a loving, energetic, patient nanny willing to juggle virtual learning assistance and other activities (crafts, games, outdoors, snacks) for our 1st grader (age 7) and 3-year-old, while we work from home. Our 7-year-old has virtual school 8:30-12 M, T, H, F with W being an independent learning day. Our 3-year-old has 3 daily 20min virtual sessions at 8:45, 10:15 and 12:15. Our 3-year-old takes a nap in the afternoon from about 2-4pm, allowing more focus on the 7-year-old, who needs to practice reading, writing and math until 3:30. I need a sitter for my 2-year-old daughter. I'm flexible on days, minimum of 3 per week. My son is distance learning, and occasionally may need assistance with a login. My main priority is for someone who can interact and engage with our daughter. She is a busy kid, loves reading and singing. Our ideal for her is someone who can get by with checking their phone occasionally and interacting with our child, not the other way around. Our sitter would need to fix a simple breakfast and lunch for our daughter and tidy up after playing. Assisting with unloading/reloading the dishwasher (usually daily) and laundry folding (about twice a week) would be a huge help as well.
