Mom is an end stage melanoma cancer patient with in-home hospice. Looking for assistance with medication mgmt, light household chores, and partial physical assist w/feeding, toilet & bathing. Our goal is to keep her comfortable and safe. We need immediate overnight assistance (private bed/bath) but this could increase as her condition progresses. Preference is for a female caregiver who is a non-smoker, has own transportation and who is friendly, easy going and may be willing to run local errands occasionally.

We are looking for a fun babysitter for our children in Ponte Vedra. We have four children, but the older two are self sufficient and babysit already themselves. The two younger ones are boys, seven and four. This would usually just be for the 4-year-old. We are looking for someone who will play with him and possibly take him to the park, play outside or go in the pool. Experienced caregiver needed for busy working mom in Nocatee. Assistance needed for transportation for our four busy and active kids. This is a part-time position (10-15 hr./week) from April-August. Would be driving one to two kids at a time to/from occasional orthodontist appointments during the day, driving kids to/from sports activities in the afternoon/evenings. We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Ponte Vedra/Nocatee. He is in end stage kidney failure as well as has diabetes, early stage dementia and cardiovascular disease. Medication and glucose management is strongly preferred. Assistance with bathing and personal care is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities to include meal preparation and possibly assisting with feeding. Duties potentially could include transportation (dialysis, doctor's appointments, etc.). I need help with my mother, she has stage 4 breast cancer that has spread to her skin, lymph, bones and liver. She has multiple spine/hip and pelvis fractures and lymphedema in the left arm. She is bedridden but can get into the wheelchair once a day with assistance for 1-2 hours. She is incontinent and will need help with changing her brief. I have two small children and 2 small friendly dogs.

I work remotely and recently moved to FL from New York. Since I am the only one in FL I have found that I do need in person help that a remote staff member cannot provide.
