I work from home and would like a mommy's assistant and fun leader to assist with keeping our kiddos on schedule with the day's activities. My 2 kids (5 and 7) are homeschooled and very bright. Someone with a teaching background / degree would be helpful. The kids are enrolled in sports and active. So between homeschool and personal activities as well as their own hobbies, their day is pretty well structured but they need help while I am on a conference call or working on a business project. It would be helpful to have someone that can contribute or take the lead on making activities more exciting. That can make kids learning and hobbies way more fun! Specific requests from the kids include building more forts and playing with stuffies. Lol This role would include light housekeeping and meal prep. This is FT but hours are flexible.

The job description includes maintaining a weekly and monthly schedule, ability to schedule and supervise home maintenance, driving to appointments, running errands, food preparation basis, good organizational skills, a good conversationalist, and someone to help him maintain compliance with exercise and diet.

In addition to caring for the kids, I am looking for someone to help with meal prep, grocery shopping, and other errands . Some light tidying up and laundry will be part of our caregiver's responsibilities, but we will have a housekeeper as well to do most of the cleaning. We have 2 loveable labs, so you must be comfortable with pets. Once the school year starts, I will need someone who can help out with pick up and drop off and homework.
