About who needs care: My father (92 in April and 129 pounds in clothing) is near the end of his life and is sleeping most of the time. He is eating two good meals a day and cleaning his plate. He has prostate cancer and when medication is given consistently, he is able to keep pain in check. At times he is not stable enough to go to the bathroom or to the dining table on his own. Yet last night I heard a noise in the kitchen, and he was up and pouring himself a bowl of cereal. My stepmom is 87 and a tiny little thing and if he falls or needs assistance, she is limited in what she can do. We have Hospice and Life Alert but have come to a point where we need extra help. About the care needs: He is very hard of hearing and needs someone who can enunciate clearly. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

We would prefer someone with experience taking care of more than 1 child, CPR certified, and has experience with special needs children. We are looking for a date night sitter for February 15th possibly recurring assistance for date nights later on.

My husband is currently deployed until June and I work full-time. My 10-month-old daughter attends daycare during the day, however, I find myself struggling most evenings with taking care of her, myself, and the house. I'm basically looking for someone that would assist me in the evenings with night time routines. Possible sleep training as well, as little one is having a rough time lately.
