I need help with General Errands related to my twin daughters, age 14, Shopping. My ideal assistant has their own transportation and is comfortable with pets.

I'm looking for a mother's helper to assist with household tasks and errands so we can free up time as a family and be more present with our kids (ages 3. 5 and 18 months). The position is very flexible - it could work for someone looking to pick up a few additional hours on evenings and weekends or it could be more than that. It could involve some childcare if that is of interest to the candidate, or we can keep it just to household tasks. I am looking for help a few evenings a week (4:30-6:30, exact days and timing flexible) and at least one weekend day (12:00 - 4:00, also flexible). Tasks include light housekeeping (dishes, folding laundry, putting away groceries, taking out recyclables), light meal prep, running errands and occasional childcare (only if that is of interest - no obligation here).
