We are seeking an agency that will supply overnight care at a reasonable price for a 48-year-old man with SMA type two who is wheelchair-bound. He wakes up between seven and 7:30 a.m. to get bathed in his shower chair, then gets dressed and ready for work. He eats breakfast, takes his medication, and then he begins his workday. He takes a break to eat lunch at fluctuating times due to work meetings. There is no need for 24 hour care for he is able to do things on his own. He may need help with adjusting his seatbelt on his wheelchair during the day. Lastly, he needs assistance with transferring from his chair to the bed. caregiver who is able to travel, comfortable around animals, and responsible. There will be private parking and private access to their own dwelling. We have a husky, lab/pit mix, and a black cat.
