Seeking an assistant to help manage the household and care for children after school hours.

This job is for dinner prep, housekeeping and help for a young family. Evening times is most stressful time at my house. That's when I need assistance the most with getting dinner on the table and our two children kept busy. We are looking for somebody who is orderly, responsible, organized, clean and experience with cooking healthy for a family, and MUST be excellent fit with young kids.

This job is 90% light housekeeping/organizing for family of senior, but will need to be available for senior if she needs mobility assistance. Need help with laundry, putting things away, dishes, keeping up after tiny dog, etc. Each day will be a list of to-do items in the house. What we would love is somebody who loves order- organized refrigerator, color-coordinated closets, clutter put away. I - the daughter of the senior - am clean, but I'm not organized, so I need help with that. We have maids who come to the house for deep cleaning once a week. Just need someone to help us keep up on the everyday housekeeping, but also be available if my mom needs some quick mobility assistance.

About who needs care: is not very mobile and suffers from some dementia (NOT Alzheimer's) - 89 years old. He cannot be left alone while eating and food must be easy to eat (soft or very small pieces); he sometimes eats too quickly and can choke. He loves to watch westerns & cooking shows. About the care needs: Kind and patient female preferred. my father is slight framed (115 lbs) but does require help getting up from seated position (couch, bathroom). Cannot walk without assistance (walker) and mostly uses transport chair inside so his caregiver should be strong enough to be able to lift assist and guide him. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

We are a very warm and loving family in Hermosa Beach looking for a part-time nanny for the hours of approximately 3-5:30 3-4x a week. Our son is 12, in 6th grade, and our daughter is 8, in 3rd grade. They are currently in live full day school (middle and elementary) and will require assistance with homework, and after school activities. Schedule can be flexible for college students. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, reliable, loving person who is disciplined and dependable. Must have own transportation, clean driving record, English speaking. You should be willing to give a hand with laundry and dishes as well as dedicate time to homework and meal prep as needed. Preference given to serious candidates with great referrals, proven track record (based on previous experience) and/or early childhood education.
