Looking for a nanny to help my wife take care of 2 girls under 2 years old. The older one is 1 year 7 months old while the younger one is 3 months old in May. We live in a gated community so it would be helpful to have either a full time or part time nanny to help watch the kids as I work at home and it can be distracting with two kids running around while I am in my office. My wife likes a clean house so a nanny that can perform light housekeeping would be nice. My oldest kid likes running around and is very social and energetic. My younger one is mostly chill since she's so young but enjoys smiling at you when you smile at her :) My oldest kid is learning how to speak so being able to converse with her and teach her the ABC's and maybe eventually potty train would be nice. My youngest just needs to be held and/or fed if she is crying. The caregiver should have the ability to assist my wife in juggling 2 kids under 2 while also being clean and tidy. Yes my home has parking inside the gated community. My home also has a garage with an extra parking space if needed. There is a bus stop right outside. No pets

He liked fishing, gardening, social interactions with people, military things (he's a Vietnam vet), My mother is 75. She suffers from spinal stenosis. A good day for my parents is walking at the beach in the morning for walking/physical therapy and after that some type of social activity in the early afternoon. About the care needs: Friendly, talkative and patient. My dad can be stubborn and it is really difficult for him that he can't do all the things he used to. My Mom needs assistance with her walking because of her spinal stenosis Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
