Hello. I am a 38-year-old woman recovering from Guillain-Barre syndrome. I need someone to help me get dressed in the morning, to do basic grooming, help me with transferring to the commode and shower. I also need help with transferring from my bed to my wheelchair. I use a slide Board but need some assistance. I can direct you in how to help me. I also need help with meal preparation. Every morning I do a series of stretches and a few exercises that I might need help with. I am paralyzed from the waist down, so I need help with mobility. My husband and I can teach you how to care for me. I am expected to fully recover but it may take months to get there. I may need help to get to appointments. The times I will need you will vary from morning to night. We can discuss more during the interview.
