We're primarily looking for somebody to help with my 3-year-old daughter after she finishes her half-day preschool, and occasionally help with our 1-year-old son. Our 3-year-old has some disabilities/mobility challenges (she just recently started walking) so experience with special needs kids would be great, but not required.
