Ayer Part Time Nanny Jobs

We are looking for a part time nanny for a 3-year-old boy in Ayer. He is disabled (visually impaired and has developmental delays). A person with experience caring for autistic, blind or disabled children is preferred. He is in preschool daily until 11 so we'd need someone available just after 11 until 1 or 3 p.m. 5 days a week is preferred but even 2 or 3 days per week would be helpful. Ideally this person will also be able to occasionally babysit on a week night or weekend. I also have a 7-year-old daughter but she will be in school during the weekdays.

Hello, We live in Townsend and are seeking a part time nanny to help care for our 4-year-old son, 4 days a week (Mon - Thur, approximately 9 a.m. to 2pm) while we work from home. He has been in daycare since he was an infant, but his daycare is now closed due to the pandemic. It would be great to find someone who has experience in a daycare setting, as we would like to keep him going with some sort of learning curriculum and schedule (for example, some outside time in our backyard/neighborhood, some learning time with activity books, etc.). We do have 2 dogs at home that are approx. 30 lbs each which you would not have to care for, but just letting you know for awareness in case there are allergies or phobias. I have an 8-month-old boy and a 3. 5-year-old girl. I need someone to watch them two days a week. I'm flexible between Monday or Tuesday, but I need Friday. My daughter is very self sufficient, she only needs help to make her toast and such. I am looking for someone who is taking all precautions against covid-19. I have to work outside the home, but am able to stay fairly safe - I manage a Starbucks. My husband also works outside the home, but he has one employee and they work outside so he poses almost no risk. We have chickens and an outdoor cat. No care is needed for them, besides trying to keep the cat outside (not necessary, just preferred). No other household tasks are required.
