Hi! We have a pretty busy household made up of a set of 5year-old twins, a Mommy and a 70ish yr old grandma. The twins have DIFFERENT special needs but taking care of them is a lot like taking care of any 5yr olds. My daughter has some sensory sensitivities and ADHD. That means there is medicine and a behavior plan for her. My son also has ADHD, but he has more complex needs. HE is nonverbal, but uses a communication board. He has cerebral palsy but he walks, runs jumps and is super excited about EVERYTHING. He also has a seizure disorder and hydrocephalus, so there are emergency symptoms that need to watched for and aware of ALTHOUGH this would not be a typical event to occur. He takes medicine and needs to be fed. Both kids go to school, so this would be more after school caretaking. Are you the one?
