He works outside the home Monday through Friday while mom stays home with the littles, and/or runs around to the various appointments and activities. What we need is someone to help with the kids, pick ups, drop offs, activities, laundry appointments, errands, groceries, housekeeping, all the things to keep the house running smooth. we need someone to help manage the home and our family. We live in laveen but everything we do is in Awhatukee so there's driving back and forth a lot. There will be a 30 day trial to make sure we are all a good fit together.

I work nights so I would just need a babysitter for my child to get to the bus on time and to take care of my daughter so it would only be a few hours and do need to have patience with my kids and dogs.
