Hello! We are looking to hire an experienced nanny to watch our two boys (1 year and 3 years old) at our home in Rosedale, MD. We need care three days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00 (we're flexible). Starting salary is $20/hour but negotiable based on experience. Hi! We have a pretty busy household made up of a set of 5year-old twins, a Mommy and a 70ish yr old grandma. The twins have DIFFERENT special needs but taking care of them is a lot like taking care of any 5yr olds. My daughter has some sensory sensitivities and ADHD. That means there is medicine and a behavior plan for her. My son also has ADHD, but he has more complex needs. HE is nonverbal, but uses a communication board. He has cerebral palsy but he walks, runs jumps and is super excited about EVERYTHING. He also has a seizure disorder and hydrocephalus, so there are emergency symptoms that need to watched for and aware of ALTHOUGH this would not be a typical event to occur. He takes medicine and needs to be fed. Both kids go to school, so this would be more after school caretaking. Are you the one?
