That might look like helping them talk through sharing a toy, making up rules to a game or sharing ideas of what happens next when playing "family". We're looking for someone who has a great imagination and will jump into their imaginative world with them! We also would like someone who will speak to our children with kindness and respect. We follow gentle parenting practices and would like our caregiver to do the same. This means validating feelings while firmly holding boundaries with kindness.
