My daughter has Autism so I'm in need of someone that has patience. She's sweet and loving but doesn't know how to verbally say everything but she does hand lead and give you clues.

Hi there, I'm currently expecting a little boy due February 10th. I am looking for someone part time whom has experience with 0-6-month-olds. I work from home and will be home at all times, so really just looking for a helping hand. I would like someone who is very interactive as well as positive and can follow a routine. I need someone who is reliable, but I also understand things happen. My start date is flexible but it will be sometime in March for sure!
