Looking for help with 5 boys a few times every other week!

We are looking for an after-school babysitter for 2 children (10 and 12). We need someone to pick our two children up from school M-F at 2:30 (1:30 on Wednesdays), help motivate them to get their homework and chores done and help with dinner if possible (nothing complicated). :-) We will need a babysitter who has their own car and who is willing to drive the children home from school. The caretaker will be responsible for providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. They will also need to help with medication management, including administering glaucoma eye drops. In addition, the caretaker will provide companionship and social interaction, run errands, and transport the care recipient to appointments and other activities. The days and hours of work are flexible, but we would prefer someone who can come on Mondays and Fridays.

He is pretty much non verbal. We're trying to get him to talk more, so having someone who is knowledgeable on teaching young toddlers that would be helpful. We're only needing someone for a couple of hours during the work week.
