Looking for someone to take care of 2-year-old daughter. It would be 2 days a week while I'm at work.

I am looking for someone to come to my home and watch my 1-year-old on Mondays from 9a-12p, 9:30-12:30p or 10-1p (3 hrs) beginning In February until Mid-May. My daughter still takes a morning nap (1-1. 5hr) during those hours so there will be down time. I work from home so I will be in the home however upstairs in my office out of sight. We have one small dog that is friendly. $16/hr.

We are seeking a part time nanny for our 2 children near Fishers IN. I work from home full time and need help to fill in the gaps specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Hours are flexible, anywhere from 4-8 hours per day based on your availability, but 9-5 is ideal. Duties would include solely focusing on and playing with the children- they don't need transportation to activities or appointments. We work and go to school from home and our son C goes to daycare during the day. We are looking for someone who can be available for the occasional evenings and weekend nights out. Our oldest, O(5yrs), can be very reserved until she gets to know you, but loves to play play play. She's super smart and will have a ton to talk about. Keeping her engaged in activities is not hard, especially if she truly enjoys what she is doing. She loves kids board games, and often makes up her own rules for them. She can be a little picky and particular with her meals or snacks. The baby, O(12mths), has a kind sweet spirit and is normally friendly with everyone. She may have to warm up to you, but it wont take long. She's not quite walking yet, but loves to crawl, climb, and stand up holding on to things. She's still in diapers and drinks from a bottle from time to time. I would consider her to be in her early stages of her table food journey. She enjoys being spoon fed, but will grab things herself to put in her mouth. Between "Blues Clues & You" and "Mickey Mouse Club House", there is always something to entertain her. She's also big fan of good music with a beat.
