We have 4-yr-old boy/girl twins & will be fostering an almost 2-yr-old boy. We need someone to watch him Mon & Fri 9-12:30, & all 3 kids Tues & Thurs 9-1:30. Can pay 2 different rates depending on if watching 1 or 3 kids, or a consistent middle rate if you'd prefer. Exact rate(s) negotiable, between $20-30/hr. We work from home, so we'll be upstairs if you need anything. We have 2 dogs who may pop in to say hi, but they'll stay upstairs w/us most of the time. There are rules on who is allowed to watch foster children, so to take this position you would have to have a background check, get fingerprinted, take a CPR/First Aid class, & several easy, self-paced online courses. I would predict it'll take you about 12 hours to complete everything required. We would pay all your class fees as well as a $300 bonus for completing everything.
