We are looking for a nanny/babysitter for our 2-year-old daughter for 10-15 hours a week while we are both working from home. We are willing to negotiate when the hours are and have some flexibility about the number of hours as well. We are looking for someone who is engaging, warm, and enthusiastic about growing a relationship with our daughter. We will pay well and hope for someone to feel like our family becomes theirs! It is important to us that whoever works in our house feels comfortable being themselves and also supports our daughter to be herself through validating her emotions, co-regulating with her, and focusing on building a strong relationship with her.
