We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. We need someone to pick up our three children at two different schools and transport them to my house. We will also need help Driving them to occasional afterschool activities.

We need post-operative home health care for my father. He is having back surgery and needs someone to help him with mobility, possibly help with getting to and from the toilet, possibly help with getting to and from the shower, light meal preparation, and occasionally transportation assistance. This is for one month, part-time work for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening - with occasional flexibility in schedule for transportation assistance outside of those hours. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, and covid vaccinated.

I need an extra pair of hands with house cleaning , organizing , assisting with anything and everything that I need . Also helping me out with my special needs child that is disabled as needed. I'm willing to train and pay more to the right person and the person must be flexible and willing to wear a mask due to my daughter's health condition. Especially during flu season and I'm a stay at home mom so I will be home. I do have errands to run sometimes and I need a person to watch her. My ideal assistant has their own transportation , flexible, reliable and a non-smoker who is understanding with the medical situation. The job is PT and is 2-3 days a week. I'm flexible

About who needs care: 81yo with Dementia and a fractured kneecap. She's in Assisted Living, needs occasional help to stand. Needs constant reminders to wear her brace, use walker, rest her leg. Lots of redirecting, distracting, social engagement. This is a glorified sitter position, with preference given to candidates with Dementia experience. Position is mostly evenings, about 4pm- 10pm, with some fill in needs for days. Schedule can be somewhat flexible when coordinated with other caregiver. Dinner will be provided. She's most comfortable with a female caregiver. About the care needs: We're looking for someone with patience, experience redirecting, who doesn't mind repeating the same thing 23 times as if it's the first time. No cleaning, cooking, laundry, errands Services needed include: mobility assistance, companion, sundowning.
