We are in search of a reliable and kind babysitter for our 10-month-old. We need part time care 1 to 2 times a week so this is perfect for someone looking to fill their schedule. The day(s) needed will usually either be Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. This position has potential to grow into a date night sitter and more days per week if needed.

Our first-grader is a math whiz who loves video games, dinosaurs, and race cars. He has several anaphylactic food allergies, so we have strict food restrictions and hand washing protocols. His baby brother is a very happy 5-month-old who loves to laugh and listen to music.

About who needs care: Such as: Bathing- she can bathe herself but needs assistance on step( putting soap on wash cloth, rinsing off) she has a chair in the bathtub that we use and the shower head is handheld. Dressing- (clothes will be laid out but she gets confused on what to do at times. Getting meals - breakfast, lunch, snacks ( I can prepare and have them ready but there may be an occasion where I may need your assistance with that for her which would consist of using the microwave or heating the food up on the stove. Small activities- ( puzzles, take for a walk if weather permits, watch broadcast etc. ) Shes very quiet and does not talk much. Because she is hearing impaired and doesnt wear her hearing devices we use a dry erase board. I alway try and get her to speak up by putting my hand to my ear so that shI knows we cant hear her. Im looking for someone to work a minimum of 4 hours and the max is 6 hrs 3- 4 times a week. If a Saturday is needed, it would be scheduled in advance. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and works well with older people Someone who can do puzzles with her, maybe take her for a walk if weather permits Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

We are looking for a loving, nurturing nanny to care for our sweet baby boy. He will be 8 months old in April. We have some flexibility on days of the week and times but we are looking for help about 25-30 hours a week. We are looking for someone comfortable with preparing and feeding solid foods, helping with baby laundry, organization, cleaning/sanitizing baby bottles, toys, etc. and someone who is open to learning and following our schedule. We need a babysitter for our 2 children in Gaithersburg. One is an infant at 3 months old. We will need care for him on Tuesdays and Thursdays; 8:30-5 p.m. We would like one Saturday evening every month as well. The other is a 6-year-old who attends Elementary school so no care is needed during the week, however the one Saturday evening every month is required for childcare for him.

Help needed for my father with dementia in his 80s - seeking full-time/part time care. The ideal matches must have experience with managing and administering medication, be willing to do light housekeeping, meal preparation and companionship. Part of your responsibilities will also include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). We're looking for 2 or 3 caregivers to split up the days/hours. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first aid trained. He is a sweet man with "high functioning" dementia, he likes to be funny and joke around, watch tv, be social, play cards, go to the grocery store and the dollar store. He likes to get out of the house if just to go for a drive.
