Since COVID I work in the COVID ICU taking care of the sickest patients in our region. My husband does healthcare IT/project management for UWMC and works from home at this time. I only work 2 days a week and my parents watch my daughter while I work. So I'm looking for someone who would want weekend/evening work for Husky football games, date nights, short weekend trips etc. It is VERY important to me that our caregiver be very serious about COVID precautions. They MUST be vaccinated and in a family/friend circle who are also ALL vaccinated. They must mask in public indoor facilities and in crowded outdoor venues. . Additional needs include a non-smoker, having a reliable car.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who could bring their toddler or preschooler with them for some socialization, but nanny COVID vaccination is mandatory and I prefer a small social bubble until children are vaccinated. We are new to the area and primarily looking for someone to broaden our social circle for the kids and keep up with tasks around the house. Someone comfortable doing arts and crafts, music, and messy play in the backyard would be preferable. Fostering creativity, social/emotional awareness, and imagination are of greatest importance to us as parents. We would prefer a nonsmoker who is CPR certified and could help out with light housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry.
