We are looking for a great Nany for 1 child. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. Have my children part-time. I need overnight childcare 3 days a week the week I have my kids and on Thursday night the apposite week. Nanny is needed at 3:30am-830 a.m.

My daughter, L. is almost 1 years old and very sweet and silly. She is pretty easy going, just enjoys attention and play time. We are looking for someone that can watch her for about 4-5hrs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while my husband focuses on work. He works from home but may need to go into work some days. You would start at 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. There might be instances where we see if you could stay longer. We have a 78yr old grandma that lives with us, so shell always be around to answer questions and play with L. also. She just cant help much with care due to health issues. We also have 3 dogs, so we need someone whos comfortable with dogs.

Needed: companionship, feeding cues (she can feed herself but needs reminders), and bathing cues / dressing cues and help if needed.

Job is basic house cleaning help in a fairly easy, single story tidy home. I live here FT and my 13-year-old is here 1/2 time. Cleaning to entail weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and dusting. Occasional fridge cleaning and window cleaning. The ideal person would be able to provide some additional services including grocery shopping, meal prep, and kid pick up from school 1 - 2 times per week (until the school year is over this year). For school pick up, my kid is nonbinary, an introvert, and old enough to look after themselves. Just need the ride home. I am looking for someone who can understand them/her and develop a good rapport without being overbearing. If you're a great house cleaner and don't want to do the extras, LMK. I can cover the bases in other ways.
