Hello. My name is Mario. I have 2 sons. Ages 10 and 11. What I need is someone who can come in the morning and stay with them until it's time for them to wake up and get ready for school. Wake them up, get them ready and drop them off. Time is 5:15am- 7:10 a.m. Please be able to drop them off at school. Their school is 5 minutes away from the house.

Hard worker, quick learner, but was not challenged in high school so he needs to learn study skills.

I'm interested to find other dog owners who could switch out hosting each others dogs on an as needed basis. We are retired, on a tight budget and travel at times. Wed would like to find others who would be interested in switching out with us, as opposed to charging/paying a fee for the service.

Looking for an in-house nanny/sitter for an almost 1-year-old 1-2 days a week -must pass background check -these are not set days but will try my best -no other children or guests allowed -someone who actually likes children -Italian and/or Spanish speaking a huge bonus -2 dogs and cats on site (all friendly) -teaching and activities, nature (not phone and tv based) -CPR a plus -okay with cameras in home -My mom may be in home just working -must be able to lift 25 pounds and more (her weight) -hourly rate (she takes a 2-3-hour nap so I'm factoring that in of per hour if not cleaning or willing to meal prep etc. so its negotiable) 8:30am-5:30 p.m.

We have a 3 bedroom house but just moved in so 2 bedrooms are full of boxes. Will just be master bedroom plus two baths, kitchen, laundry room and living/ dining. We have a desk in the dining temporarily. So most of the house is not currently usable and doesn't need cleaned. My husband is a mechanic professor so M/W/F is best. I work from home.

Needing a care provider for my mother in her 80s. Assistance with taking BP, recording results, and making sure medication is taken. Other duties might include help with getting in/out of shower and dressing (only on days when other caretakers are not able to), light tidying up, and providing companionship. We might occasionally ask you to run errands and provide transportation to doctor's appts, shopping, etc. Mileage to be reimbursed at the current rate. Other assistance as needs arise. Prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker and who is familiar with caring for an elder with some dementia. Will not need care every other weekend and can be somewhat flexible on days/times. Mom is super-sweet and easy-going. Should be a fun way to make a little extra cash!

3-year-old Down syndrome. Need some one to keep child then take to school each day for 3 hours and then pick up from school and keep until we get home from work. Prepare lunch and ? Breakfast. Also if one of her brothers are sick keep them.

Older house No carpet 4 bedrooms, 2 baths Will be empty of furniture

We have an active 3-year-old who loves swimming, going to the park, art, and Legos. We also have an amazing part time adventure nanny but are looking for a little extra help for the occasional evening/weekend outing. Please reach out for more details if needed!

This is my college age sons apartment. You will just clean his room, bathroom, vacuum/sweep/wipe down living room, clean kitchen. Cleaning will be done once a month or maybe twice a month.

Overnight care needed. I have a tendency to get up and fall at night and would feel more comfortable if someone were with me. Need help remembering meds, watching tv, and calling for or providing help if I fall. I have a small dog. Days flexible, just put in as placeholders. Actually want whole night from 7p-7a

The homes are for college students. I have a 6 bedroom and a 4 bedroom. The idea would be either weekly or bi-weekly. I would build the service into the rent. Just general cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, but no laundry.
