This job is for watching 4 of our kids who need supervision while my wife and I work on other tasks in the home. We have other kids in the house that will not be part of your responsibility. The ages of the 4 kids are 9, 10, 11, 12. The 10, 11 and 12-year-olds have special needs in that they have intellectual deficiencies and are more like young school-age kids. They don't require any assistance in the bathroom or eating. They are just slower. The kids love to swim play puzzles and games. They also like to play baseball in the front yard and pretend dress up. The kids like to swim outside a lot. So there is a requirement to be outside watching them or swimming with them. We have a medium size dog that is very friendly and likes to people. We also have three cats with very personalities and mostly keep themselves.

Looking for a great nanny for our 3-month-old baby. The position will actually begin in March of 2024 (the system wouldn't let me choose an date that far in advance). I am currently pregnant, my baby will be 3 months old at the time. We are looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to come in 8am-12noon Monday-Thursday for the month of March. My husband and I both work from home, so we would both be there. My job requires that I go in person during the months of April and May. Those months we would be looking for someone to come over and attend to the baby from 7 a.m. to 2pm, four days/week. It would only be weekdays, but would vary from week to week. My husband will still be at home. I work as a teacher, so we do not need summer care. If this worked out, we would look at continuing the placement for the 24-25 school year (Aug-May)

Y is in 5th grade. Struggling a lot in school, hes failing reading/ writing and struggling in math. Help with homework would be a great start. He does have adhd and dyslexia which is part of the reason hes struggling. G is a sophomore and is also failing math and Is taking some remedial classes. I think she just needs to be pushed to ask questions and get to the root of why she's struggling.
