Afton, VA Part Time Jobs

Days/Hours to be determined, part-time only. My mother is recovering from a hip fracture complicated by Parkinson's. She came home 9/22. Assistance with transfers is required at this time. We do have in-home PT/OT/Nursing scheduled and have family caring for her now. Her current needs are assistance with personal hygiene and continual re-positioning in a hospital bed (bed/pillow adjustments, ice packs, fresh bedding as needed, etc). This is not a full time position though likely long-term. - I'm new to this platform and haven't figured out how to change the days/hours or remove laundry as a requirement (willingness to do laundry and light housekeeping is helpful, not required). About who needs care: Parkinson's patient. Needs help dressing, eating, and getting to and from the bathroom. Confined to mobility chair. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

Holly is a German Shepherd 4yrs old who loves people. Other animals as well.

We have 4 boys (12, 10, 6, 1), and own our business. As a home school family, we need help with all the juggling: school work, meals, transportation to sports, light house maintenance, meal prep. Very often, nanny will be tag-teaming with me in the house (mom, Megan), so will need to be able to work well with me. No two days will look the same during this season of our lives, so flexibility is key. There is a lot of energy in this house, so our nanny will need the same!
