My husband and I are expecting our first baby together. I also have a stepson, but he is in school and likely wont be home the hours of child care. We are moving to the area 2 months before our baby is expected, so we will not know anyone near by.

Hello! We are looking for a fun, energetic individual who can provide part time care for our family over the summer. Our schedule can vary week-to-week so ideally a good fit for us would have some flex in their availability, have a reliable vehicle, live in or close to Smithfield, and have great communication skills. I am a student midwife and attend births, so while I strive to give everyone plenty of notice there are times when we will need last minute care in addition to days we schedule in advance. We live on 6 acres so lots of space for the kids to get outdoors and play over the summer. We also have pets, so someone comfortable with dogs and cats is a bonus.

6-month-old needs care in our home while mom works in home office. Help with feedings, naps and play time. Would also appreciate occasional help with very light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, dinner prep).
