He is learning how to be independent so he needs help like a typical toddler, but he loves to do things on his own as much as possible. Looking for a sitter M-F in Fairfax, VA from 3:40-5:30 p.m. I have a 7yo girl and a 5yo son. I am looking for someone who is able to pick my children up after school, watch them, and assist me with light housework. I am hoping to work with someone who has some flexibility in their schedule, as my children occasionally have therapies or doctors appointments in the afternoon, and I would love assistance with transportation to and from appointments. Therapies may start earlier than 3:45pm, but we would discuss this ahead of time to make sure each would work for you. You will need to have your own car, but I will provide the car-seats. Long-term, if possible. Please, no smokers. We do have a cat. Of note, my daughter has ADHD and high functioning autism and my son has ADHD.

They've been known to dress up as fairies and/or pirates for amazing adventures. Our eldest is sensitive. Also incredibly kind. She may need help focusing on a task. Our youngest is three. She may need reminders to use the potty. If it's summer, we'd love someone who knows CPR - bonus for lifeguarding. We have a pool. But it's not all that relevant in the evening.
