I need someone to come to my home Mondays and Wednesdays to watch my daughter at 9am, then pick up my son from school at noon and watch both until between 1-3 p.m. I also work on call and will occasionally need help with short notice (M-F 7am-5pm), but I have backups for that if needed. Starting at $15/hr, but open to regular raises and negotiation for more experience. Our ideal caregiver would be close by and responsive, comfortable with cloth diapering, and limit screen time/focus on art, Lego building, outdoor time instead. You would not be required to clean the cloth diapers. My son is autistic, but is in a regular classroom with a few accommodations, we can discuss more in depth at an interview.

She is a super active girl, a bit of picky eater and understands and talks English, Spanish and Portuguese. We encourage her to learn Spanish at home, also we will be fro a short time in the actual place we are leaving and then we will move someplace else in the near future.
