About Zach

Hi, everyone! I'm a current graduate student in a clinical psychology PhD program, and I'm happy to help tutor your children and help them reach their learning goals. I also know limited Spanish (A1 level) and currently take weekly lessons, so I can communicate better with Spanish speakers. I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and respectful. I like tutoring to see students grow, feel more confident, and to make learning fun! I'm looking for a job that has flexible hours with my current education/work hours. I started tutoring when I was in undergrad and throughout graduate school. In my spare time, I like to read, play chess, hike, practice Spanish, and long distance running. One thing you should know about me is that I care about your children's goals and try to meet them where they are at. My skills include statistics, science writing, and English literature. I have a background in neuroscience, English literature, and psychology.
