I would describe my personality as patient, responsible, and attentive. I enjoy working with kids because I like helping them learn, grow, and build confidence. Every child is different, so I find it rewarding to adapt to their needs and be someone they can trust and feel comfortable around. I also enjoy creating a safe, structured, and fun environment that supports their development. I'm looking for a job where I can be consistent, reliable, and build a strong relationship with both the children and the family. I value communication, structure, and supporting the child's growth. I have about 3 years of paid experience working with children through KidStrong and summer camp programs, along with informal experience caring for younger children throughout my life. This has helped me become confident working with kids of different ages. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active through working out, sports like basketball and football, and spending time with friends.
