About Ela

Hi! I'm Ela, a responsible and energetic Syracuse University student. I'm home for the summer and would love to help families in any way I can. I have experience working with kids of all ages, including supporting children with special needs, so I'm patient and really understanding of different needs and personalities. I also used to be a swim instructor, which taught me how to keep kids safe, engaged, and confident while still having fun. I have my own car and am happy to help with driving to camps, activities, and playdates. I'm dependable, easy to communicate with, and truly enjoy building strong, positive connections with the kids and families I work with!
