About Wendy

I'm 52 years old and have been happily married for 22 years to my best friend, Michael. I'm a mother of three grown children, a proud Gigi to five, and an "Auntie" to four. Family is very important to me, and I'm grateful that my children and sisters have chosen to live close by-something I feel reflects the strong foundation, values, and support we share. Early in life, I took on a significant caregiving role helping raise my two younger sisters. That experience shaped who I am today and taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of being consistent, calm, and present for children. I truly believe that when children are met with respect, structure, and love, they thrive. As a parent who once relied on outside childcare myself, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child and to know your wishes and routines will be respected while you're away.
