My background in Ayurveda and integrative wellness has shaped the way I think about routines, nourishment, movement, rest, and emotional well-being, and I naturally bring that perspective into the way I care for others. I'm happy to help with reading, outdoor time, homework, simple meals, school pickups and drop-offs, and keeping things organized as we go. I'm also very respectful of each family's routines, household rules, and parenting preferences. I have reliable transportation, I'm comfortable with pets, and I'm looking for a family where there is mutual trust, clear communication, and a positive environment.
