If I could give Veronica (Vero) more than five stars, I would. She cared for our children with so much love, patience, and dedication that she truly became part of our family. From day one, she treated our children as if they were her own. She embraced every new stage - from baby-led weaning and introducing new foods to potty training and every milestone in between - with genuine enthusiasm. As a first-time parent, her calm confidence made those transitions feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Veronica is incredibly engaged, positive, and present. She was always interacting, teaching, and finding ways to help our son Freddy in particular learn and grow. She also introduced us to an amazing community of other nannies and children who have become a meaningful part of our lives. The greatest testament to the impact she had on our family was seeing Freddy light up when she arrived. Every morning when the front door opened, he’d excitedly yell “Vero!” and run to greet her. Vero is not only an exceptional nanny but also an incredibly kind, thoughtful, and patient person. Any family would be fortunate to welcome her into their home! We’ll always be grateful for the love, care, and joy Vero brought to our family.
