Laurel is fantastic! We've never had a nanny before, but needed to find someone trustworthy and experienced with our 2 kids under 2--while we work from home. Laurel is amazing. Somehow she can juggle toddler and infant care, keep everyone safe, engaged with her, and manage varying schedules. She is a sleep expert too, which was really helpful for our infant. She is cautious re: illness exposure in and outside our home and has excellent references. I wouldn't hesitate hiring her whatsoever.
