About Venus

Hello my name is Venus and I am 22 years old :) I love working with children because I was raised in a big family. We would always be looking after one another and taking care of the younger ones. I love being intentional with getting to know children, I love their creativity, and I believe it is so much fun to be around them. I have learned much about babysitting since I was a preteen by taking care of the newborns, infants, and children in my family. I have always loved it and is my joy to spend time with them. In addition, I've had experience with working for a babysitting agency with children as young as 8 months old, and as old as 13 years old. I was dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, inclusive, and learning environment for kids of all ages. I prioritized continuous communication with parents to discuss business operations and childcare rules. I also worked with routine management, multitasking, complex problem-solving, and supportive development.
