About Monique

Hello I am 22 years old I have been looking after kids since I was 13 years old, starting by caring for younger family members and children of family friends. Over the years, I have gained experience caring for children of different ages and recently began helping other families with their childcare needs. I also am a behavioral technician and have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and children with various disabilities. I also grew up caring for my brother who has disabilities, and continue to help care for him today. This has given me valuable hands-on experience with patience, understanding, communication, routines, and providing children with the individual care and attention they need. I am responsible, dependable, patient, and caring, and I always strive to create a safe, comfortable, and fun environment where every child feels supported and cared for . I also have my own transportation and I am CPR certified.
