About Vanessa

Hi, my name is Vanessa! I am a 26-year-old teacher seeking tutoring opportunities that will help students with summer homework or prepare for the upcoming school year. Throughout my undergraduate career at the University of California, Los Angeles, I was an assistant Tiny Tot's teacher with the City of Fontana. I have also volunteered at an elementary school in my area as I helped children with classwork and homework. I recently received my Master of Arts degree in Education, Teaching and Learning with a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential at the University of Redlands. I was an intern kindergarten teacher through the Fontana Unified School District and most recently a substitute teacher working throughout preschool-12th grade. Besides education, I am a certified bilingual (English/ Spanish) through the state of California. Lastly, I do have a CPR and First Aid certification. I hope I can become a tool in your student's educational success!
