About Nesha

Hello! I just recently moved to California from Kentucky to be with the love of my life & his son! Being 2, 000 miles away from home is a long way but I have settled in & am looking forward to this new chapter of my life. Teaching and mentoring students of all ages is my passion in life. I am currently a middle school teacher for Elevate K12, where I focus mostly on teaching math to students who are behind in content. Before Elevate K12 I worked at Fidelity Investments as a Regional Center Learning Lead where I facilitated various skill-sets to other colleagues within the business. Prior to Fidelity, I worked in the public school system as a teacher where I taught numerous topics at all different age levels. I obtained a dual Bachelor's Degree in 2014, which allows me to teach middle school math as well as teach and work with students K-12 who have special needs. In 2018 I obtained my Master's Degree, which allows me to teach any content K-5.
