I have 4 years of experience working as an assistant preschool teacher . My duties consisted of creating lesson plans, managing a daily schedule, one on one learning sessions, and facilitating group learning sessions. I enjoy working with children , my patience and communication skills help me to connect with children on their level. When working with children it's important to understand how they prefer to communicate and their learning styles. I also have 8 years of Retail Management experience .
