I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with 20 years of experience who's passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My creative and friendly nature allows me to connect with children easily and create a nurturing environment where they can thrive. I firmly believe that play is essential for a child's development, so I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. When it comes to communication, I believe in maintaining open and regular lines of communication with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup, send regular text or phone call updates, and always follow the parents' preferred communication method. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children are safe and respectful. My educational background includes a college degree, as well as coursework in early child development. I am also trained in First Aid, CPR, and am a certified doula and NCS.
