About Tiara

I'm a mom and an experienced childcare provider with 18 years of experience. I started working with children at 18 when I became an au pair in Germany, and caring for children has been something I've genuinely loved ever since. Becoming a mom myself has given me an even deeper understanding of how important it is to find someone you truly trust with your child. I'm kind, patient, organized, flexible, and empathetic, and I love helping children learn, grow, and feel confident being themselves. I'm currently looking for part-time weekend childcare if I'm unable to bring my son, Asher. I'm also open to full-time opportunities with a family who is comfortable with me bringing him along. I'd love to find a family where there is mutual trust, respect, and open communication, and where I can build a genuine long-term relationship.
