About Baylee

Hi! My name is Baylee, and I'd describe myself as kind, patient, bubbly, and dependable. I've always had a passion for working with children and love creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment I have hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. My mom has owned and operated an in-home daycare for as long as I can remember, so I grew up helping care for the kids and gained valuable experience from a young age. I also worked as an assistant preschool and toddler teacher for a little over a year, where I helped care for and teach children ages 1-5 through play, learning activities, and daily routines. In addition to my childcare experience, I'm CPR certified and have successfully completed both EMR and EMT courses, giving me confidence in handling emergencies and prioritizing children's safety. I strive to make every child feel happy, supported, and cared for, and would love the opportunity to get to know your family and provide reliable, loving care for your little ones! :)
