About Tiara

Hi! My name is Tiara, and I'm a 30-year-old caregiver with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree, along with years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I began nannying and babysitting throughout high school, college, and graduate school, caring for children ranging from infancy through middle school. Over the years, I've also worked in multiple daycare settings, including infant and pre-k classrooms, and have experience as an overnight infant nanny. Professionally, I've worked as a child therapist and behavioral consultant, supporting children with a wide range of emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs. My background has helped me become patient, nurturing, dependable, and highly attentive to each child's individual personality and needs.
