About Kasey

Hi! My name is Kasey, and I have over 12 years of experience caring for children of all ages. For the past 6 years, I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician providing 1:1 support to elementary-aged children on the autism spectrum in the classroom, home, and community settings. I have experience implementing individualized behavior plans while creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for every child I work with. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which has helped me better understand child development, behavior, and emotional needs. Beyond my professional experience, I'm also a mom to an almost 1-year-old, which has made my love and passion for caring for children even stronger. I strive to care for every child with the same patience, attentiveness, and compassion that I give my own. I'm dependable, engaging, and committed to helping children feel safe, happy, and supported while in my care.
