I'm a bubbly, outgoing, and nurturing person who genuinely loves working with children. I have a background in Early Childhood Development as well as healthcare, which has given me a better understanding of children's developmental, behavioral, and individual care needs. I've had hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, and young children, including children with developmental and behavioral challenges. I've also helped with potty training, introducing new foods, supporting speech and developmental milestones, and providing care when children are feeling under the weather. I understand that every child is different and that patience, consistency, and understanding go a long way. I'm respectful of parents' preferences, household routines, and any specific boundaries or instructions they have for their children. Most importantly, I want children to feel safe, loved, encouraged, and comfortable being themselves while in my care.
