We hired Skylar to help take care of our 8-month-old daughter for 3 months. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. She is reliable and dependable. She is respectful of your preferences but also very knowledgeable. And she was so calm and patient -- our baby loved her. I highly recommend Skylar for babysitting, nannying, or any childcare needs!
